Hey, we get it—sometimes things don’t quite work out. That’s why we offer a no hassle 30-day return policy. Just make sure your items are unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging!

How To Return:

1.       Drop us an email @ info@snugabugz.com with your order number and the items you would like to return or log into your customer account here to create a return: Log In here  Items must be unwashed, unworn and in their original packaging.

2.     We work with An Post for easy returns, and the return shipping is just €4.

 

To return your parcel:

  1. Click on this link: An Post Returns
  2. Select Snugabugz from the list of retailers
  3. Follow the directions to create your returns label

 

If you still have the original shipping box, feel free to reuse it to send the items back.

 

Once we’ve received the returned items, we’ll issue your refund automatically (minus the €4 return shipping cost).

EXCHANGES 

We understand sizing can be tricky, so we’re happy to offer FREE exchanges!

How To Exchange:

1.      Drop us an email at info@snugabugz.com with your order number, the item you’d like to exchange, and the new size you need. Please ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and still in their original packaging.

2.      To return your parcel:

  2. Select Snugabugz from the list of retailers
  3. Follow the directions to create your returns label

 

If you still have the original shipping box, feel free to reuse it to send the items back.

 

As soon as we receive your item back, we will deliver your exchanged items FREE of charge.

Our return and exchange policies are designed to safeguard both your rights as a valued customer and ours as a small business.

Faulty Items

At Snugabugz, we take great care to ensure that all our products undergo strict quality control so they arrive with you in perfect condition.

However, if you're not completely satisfied with the quality of an item, you're welcome to return it to us for review by our quality team. Simply email us at info@snugabugz.com ,  and we’ll guide you through the return process.

Once we’ve had a chance to inspect your item, we’ll get back to you with an update.

Please note that normal wear and tear, misuse, or abuse are not considered faults, and we cannot offer refunds for these reasons.

Return Postage and Packaging

Please make sure your items are securely packaged and that postage is fully paid.

We recommend obtaining a 'Proof of Postage' as we can only take responsibility for your return once it reaches us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
